Art is a powerful way to witness the innate intelligence that guides our healing journey. Working with symbols that come from deep within allows us to work with and transform the energy that was stuck. Art has been an important avenue for my own healing work of twenty years. I provide a safe container for each individual to do their inner work. I do suggest that a person doing this work be in counseling.
